Unfortunately Hermes delivery was very confusing stated they had delivered it on 30th April to a safe place but after 6 days of searching where the item was I couldn't find it and informed Hermes.... well and behold on May 7th I received a message from Hermes saying the item was going to be delivered on that day, which it was, I wouldn't trust Hermes with a snowball, there drivers are truly not the best they can get and are letting there company down, prices may be reasonable but service isn't.
