Trusted product. Efficient delivery. Although the item was well packed, there had been some slight leakage around the cap (see photo). I think the cap hadn't been fully tightened before the sellotape was put on. No leakage now and virtually no liquid lost, so I am happy to keep the item. No replacement needed.

I ordered a low wattage kettle and toilet cleaner was sent in error. I contacted the seller and all I got was a sarcastic response and told to send back the items for a refund. Not even an apology. I do get that people make mistakes but when your sent something in error and there is no remorse I think it's very poor customer service. I will vibe avoiding in the future. I've never left a bad review but you left me with no choice
